Overview
Storefront can help you track Sales metrics by Sales Representatives through the Customer Salesperson fields, available on both Quotes and Orders. You can also add these fields on both the Quotes and Orders overview pages for easy reference.

Adding a Sales Representative to an Order
To add a Sales Representative to an Order navigate to Storefront > Orders > Orders and then click the Edit icon for the Order you want to change.
Clicking the Edit icon will bring up the Edit Order window. You can link a Sales Representative to the Order through the Order Sales Person dropdown fields within the General Information and Customer Information panels.
Once you have selected a Sales Representative click the Save button to save your edits.
Adding a Sales Representative to a Quote
Similar to the previous process, to add a Sales Representative to a Quote navigate to Storefront > Orders > Quotes and click the Edit Icon of the Quote you want to change.
Clicking the Edit icon will bring up the Edit Quote window. You can link a Sales Representative to the Order through the Order Sales Person dropdown fields within the General Information and Customer Information panels.
Adding the Sales Representative field to Overview Pages
The Customer Sales Rep column can be useful if you wish to know who the Sales Representative is for an Order or Quote at a glance on the Overview pages.
To add the column, or any other data columns to the overview page as shown above, navigate to Storefront > Orders > Quotes or Storefront > Orders > Quotes and click on the Column Layout icon near the top right of the panel. Then click on Edit Current Layout.
Clicking the Edit Current Layout button will bring up the Customize Your Report window.
Enable the Customer Sales Rep field by clicking the related checkbox and then click Apply.
Note: If the field does not immediately show up, refresh your browser window to make the Overview reload.
