Offer customers both FedEx residential and commercial rates via API
Often our customers ship to commercial and residential addresses. We want a feature that would allow the customer to make that discussion for themselves based on the address they provide. Currently, the API offers only "either-or" commercial or residential shipping rates. We want to be able to provide our customers both FedEx Ground and FedEx home delivery on the same API request.

I've wanted more control over residential vs commercial for years. And there are other suggestions here - I like the idea of setting the store up as residential, but the admin can mark an account as commercial which would cause the cart to use commercial rates for that account's orders. Even better would be an address lookup, which IS available through UPS and Fedex but somehow isn't implemented in AC.
The problem with letting the customer choose is that they will always choose the cheapest option whether it's accurate or not.
