Integration with at least one automated/trigger based email providers such as Klaviyo

The importance of journey based email is more and more important, and a big lacking feature w/ Americommerce.  Having integration that has smart, journey based email (if customer places order, take out of loop.  If customer doesn't place order, send "Don't Miss Out - Here's 10% Off) would be a big help for a lot of stores.

  Hey Matthew,

  What you're referring to as an example is "abandoned cart" email template which AmeriCommerce already has the capability to do. Here's an article on how to set that up: https://support.americommerce.com/hc/en-us/articles/201903940-Abandoned-Carts

  If you're looking for more features than what we provide, we actually have a few email marketing integrations as well such as MailChimp, ConstantContact, and Bronto. Plus, there's integrations that primarily focus on abandoned carts such as Rejoiner, Cartstack, and I believe a few others. 

  If Klaviyo is the platform you really want to use over our own system (free with your plan) or others I just mentioned, I'd invite you to join our Zapier Beta integration group. We are in process of testing Zapier before launching publicly and you will be able to connect your AmeriCommerce online store to Klaviyo through that integration. If this is something you're interested in, contact support and they can send you an app invite and setup instructions. 

  Integrating with Klaviyo in a deeper way is a good request though. They are certainly gaining steam in the e-commerce email marketing space.
