Status Update: CyberSource and Converge Payment gateway errors - February 15th, 2024
1:00 PM CST - We are currently aware of an issue impacting CyberSource and Converge Payment Gateways. We are actively investigating and working with the involved third parties for a resolution.
As a workaround during this investigation, you can disable Converge or CyberSource under Settings > Payments > Gateways by changing it's store assignment to "none". Then, use PayPal Checkout (or another existing Payment Gateway) to process credit cards transactions.

Update: 4:25 PM CST - The CyberSource payment gateway issues have been resolved and we expect a fix to be available soon for Converge. Thank you for your continued patience as we work to resolve this issue.
