I am glad to see the feature to convert an abandoned cart into a manual order, but there are a couple things that would help us more fully utilize the feature. Most of the time when we would want to convert an open/abandoned shopping cart into a manual order, we have the customers email address, either they have emailed us or we are on a live chat with the customer. Currently you can search by the customers name, but searching by the email does not work.

Being able to search by shopping cart id would be helpful as well, as we use the JS API and show the cart number in our mini cart:
Lookup by cart number would help us to pull up the cart if a customer is not logged in or is not registered with our site.
