Integration Steps
- After creating your PitchPrint account, create an API key following the steps outlined in PitchPrint’s documentation. PitchPrint’s documentation can be found here: https://docs.pitchprint.com/article/87-generate-your-auth-keys
- Once you have your API key, open up your Cart.com Storefront and navigate to the PitchPrint app by clicking on Tools > Apps and Addons and searching for the PitchPrint app.
- Take the API key from PitchPrint and enter it in the API key field.
- Click the toggle button in the top right corner of the app settings to enable the integration and then click Save.
Configuring Products
- Start by configuring your products in PitchPrint. You can see documentation for configuring products here: https://docs.pitchprint.com/article/46-how-to-create-a-design
- After you complete your design, you will be given a Designer Data value.
- Open your Cart.com Storefront and navigate to Catalog > Products.
- Create a new product or find the product to sync with PitchPrint. You can read documentation on configuring new products here: https://support.americommerce.com/hc/en-us/articles/201907010-Creating-a-Product
- In the product General settings, scroll towards the bottom until you find Product Designer Settings.
- Use the drop-down menu for designer type and select PitchPrint.
- Enter the Designer Data Value you got from creating the product in PitchPrint.
- Click Save at the top right corner.
