Don't add categories on test product upload

When uploading a csv of new or updated product listings, the "Validate" test upload automatically adds categories. this feature should not change anything, otherwise whats the point of a test run? A single spelling error in the root category can cause a TON of categories to be created, and takes a long time to rectify. please make this feature inert, show the user which categories WOULD have been created, don't alter the category tree on a test run.

  pondering more about this, a really nice feature might be to have the boolean option upon upload to not auto-create any categorical or organizational elements at all (any record type other than the selected ones in the intended upload). and to fail the entire upload if any non-existing records exist.
