Provide Functionality to Delete Orders from Order File

Cart.com does not have the ability to delete Orders from the Order file.  This also limits the ability to remove customers that are no longer active.  Consequently the Order file keeps growing and growing... after several years this file can become enormous.

I suggest adding a field (as on most of the other files) to Delete the records.  As with any other Delete, you need to be very careful of what records are being removed but this is a function only the Admin should perform anyway.

Once we delete the Orders no longer needed we can then delete the inactive customers.  

It's important on all systems that there are maintenance capabilities to clean up the files.  The Order file in particular needs this functionality since it can become enormous over time, resulting in performance issues.
