Merge code for items NOT shipped on partial shipped orders

I'm currently sending a Partial Shipped email using this merge code which shows the items shipped:

##PARTIALSHIPPINGINFOHTML##

While this is nice, it often prompts the customer to ask "what didn't ship???"

It would be nice to have a merge code to show the items that are NOT shipping from this order, so I can add something to the email like:

The following items from your order are not shipping at this time. You will receive another notification when these items are shipped:  ##PARTIALSHIPPINGNOTSHIPPED##

  Hi Kathy - Thanks for the feature request. We will make a merge code for items not yet shipped. I'll let you know once we have an ETA.
