USPS Shipping Rates Unavailable - There were changes to USPS API causing rates not to return for some USPS customers. Our developers are making the appropriate changes and rolling out a fix as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience while this is being resolved. 

For scenarios like this, you can create a Fallback Method: Custom Shipping Methods with Fallback enabled are ONLY used if all enabled shipping providers are temporarily down. They will not be available to the customer in normal circumstances. See https://americommerce.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/201905690-Custom-Shipping-Methods for more information on setting that up.
