Make clearing CDN Cache and server cache consistent

Currently, if you clear the CDN cache (Tools > Purge CDN), you get a confirmation message that the cache was cleared.  However if you clear the server cache (Tools > Clear Cache), the page refreshes but leaves you wondering if anything really happened.  Seems like clearing the server cache should give some kind of confirmation that your requested action was completed.
