Mark product as "Out of stock" when not all variations are in stock

Perhaps there is a way to do this, if so please let me know and ill delete this.

I sell wholesale clothing, and need to be able to offer a way for people to browse products that they can buy a full size run of. So if a product is not fully in stock for every size, id like it to be able to be marked as "out of stock".

Additionally, this feature would ideally need to be able to understand that an item with color variations and sizes could be "in stock" if every size is in stock for one color, but maybe not fully in stock for every color.
