Bypass Q and A Moderation Approval for Customer Service Accounts
PlannedI was asked by our Customer Service Department to see if there is a way to have their Q&A Responses be automatically Approved without having to swap back and forth between our website and Americommerce.
We would still want all Questions and Customer Answers to require moderation.
Is there a way to make it so User Accounts in our Customer Service Group are able to post answers directly without having to approve each one? This would make answering customer questions much more streamlined.
