Correct setting for Reward Points email
If we set Frequency In Days To Send Expired Points Email to 0, and for example Days To Look Ahead For Expiring Points to 7, does it send the client an email every single day for 7 days when the expiration date hit that threshold?
We would like the system to check for expiring points daily, but only send an email once when the points are about to expire in 7 days, what is the correct setting for this?
