API and Admin pages unavailable.

We are currently aware of an issue with API access and parts of the admin being inaccessible. We are vigorously investigating the issue and will post updates as they come in.

We hate service disruptions as much as you do which is why our data center works 24/7/365 to help prevent and fix issues exactly like this. Thank you for your patience while we work through it.

Update 10/1/2026 8:45 PM CT - REST API access has been restored.  We are still investigating an issue with imports and file uploads; SOAP API is not available.  

Update 10/6/2026 10:00 AM CT - SOAP API access has been restored for sites currently using it.  We are still actively working on restoring import/upload and file manager functionality.

Update 10/6/2026 1:30 PM CT - Import/Upload functionality has been restored. This issue is now fully resolved with one exception to theme imports.
