Add more merge codes for Store Testimonials

Add more merge codes for Store Testimonials so we can include the rating and testimonial in a notification email. 

We included this info in the admin alert emails for customer product reviews, and it makes it so we can more easily review all submitted reviews.

  Hey Josh - we've added this to the roadmap. This will be live in Q2
