Add Marketing/Info Modal Templates

This is very common on eCommerce sites. I know the quick view popup is customizable, but not intuitive. We have clients asking for this on their stores. A few example features:

• Sign up for our mailing list and get a coupon code. This would at least be on the homepage so that people get the pop-up once. It shouldn't keep popping up, especially if they sign up. 
• Spin the wheel and get a discount code
• Providing info - like on the on the checkout page. If someone has trouble, it would be great to have a little info icon that could be clicked to explain each section. 

Other Ideas:

• The templates should have some styling without starting from scratch. Or checkboxes to add the features/style you want.
• Have sample modals without the product page info on them. There are so many other uses for a pop-up/modal such as the 3 simple examples above.
