Custom Admin Alert Email Notification Address - (separate from store default)

There is an "Admin Alert Settings" area for an admin copy of all email templates, however it only goes to the global notifications/alerts email address(es) associated with the store.

I would love to see an option for an email specific admin alert email address.

I.e. for email template "You bought X but not Y", I would like an admin alert copy of that specific email template to go to a specific email address and not the global store alert address.

  Hey Brian - what type of recipients are you wanting the emails sent to? Would they typically be non-Admin users with an account

  they would be a specific designee tasked to respond to it internally in our organization. dont want to crowd the general 'admin alert' address.

  I can see many instances where we would want a specific admin copy of a system email to go to a particular designee instead of the global admin address.

  For my particular need, I wouldn't want multiple admin addresses; just the ability to send an admin copy of a specific email to a specific address.
