Override Canonical Tags

There should be a way to override the default canonical tag (when canonicals are enabled in the settings) for a given product/page, just as there is for the title and description tags. As anyone who understands SEO knows, there are times when the search engines need to be told which of two similar pages should be seen as the "authoritative" one, and changing the canonical tag is necessary to do that.
