AND query on Admin Product Search

The product lookup fields work fine but

Product search on the admin backend is broken,  queries should default to an and or give the user the ability to make there own and query (eg using AND  or a + sign). What's worse is the search rank doesn't add weight to the results that contain all the keywords/tokens.

  Also the search doesn't work with ' in a product name, @Brian I also think that is a good idea but as it stands if I type out the full product name good luck actually trying to sift through the results.

  Product search in the admin is horrible. Default to AND or allow search operators (AND, OR, NOT, or +, -) would help.
