Product Notification Report: improvements needed

I haven't been using this feature for very long, but I have found a few issues... As handy as it is, it could be -so- much better with:

• the addition of the date that the item(s) were added to the list
• the ability to export the notification list that would include (at least): the item id + sku, customer id + email address, and the date added to list

Other folks might have some ideas of other things that might be needed here, but apart from the date-added field, all the information is there already for the export...
