Hide individual shipping services on shopping cart and checkout pages for orders over a certain subtotal amount.
Some USPS shipping services automatically include a limited amount of insurance while others do not include any insurance.
We would like to be able to disable individual shipping services from appearing on the shopping cart and checkout pages for orders with a subtotal that is over a certain amount.

Better yet, also do it by weight
We used a previous platform before where you can set to display shipping methods based on weight, which makes sense, for example we ship items via LTL (Truck) which only applies to orders over 100 lbs.
There could be a drop down that says Available only Under or Above xxxx Lbs. or Subtotal
This way shipping is very flexible, you can select to show/display shipping methods by weight or subtotal and it can be under or above the amount you need.
Shipping Rules already exist for Custom Shipping Methods, I am not sure why they don't roll them to calculated shipping methods, that would be such an easy fix
