Add Birthday Rewards as a built-in part of the Rewards System

There is currently a custom addon you can pay for to add birthday rewards, but it would be nice if this could just be directly integrated into the rewards system: https://support.americommerce.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022827333-Understanding-Birthday-Rewards-

  It would be nice if 1/2 birthday rewards could be an option as well.  Several sites I get rewards from offer 1/2 birthday rewards as well.
