Cookie opt-out to meet GDPR requirements

We need a pop-up that gives customers the ability to opt-out of cookies that are not "strictly necessary" when they enter the site in order to meet GDPR rules. While Americommerce cookies are considered "strictly necessary" for the sites to function, others - especially Google Analytics - are not and require consent. It's been over 2 years since the EU put these rules into place with severe penalties for sites breaking the rules. It would be nice if Americommerce would get caught up with helping our stores be compatible.

  BigCommerce allows this in their admin settings. This is exactly what we also need to sell to the EU and other countries following the EU standards:

  Where are we at here with CCPA and GDPR? Seems like this is long overdue?
