Rewards Promotions

We have now had several customers ask us if we could do "Double Rewards" promotions.  As far as I can tell from trial / error and from the KB, the AC rewards system does not currently support any kind of rewards point based promotions apart from rewarding product reviews, sharing products on social media, blog comment, etc.
