Get "From Quote #" Info in email admin header (via merge code) and Order Export

On the order edit screen we can see that an order came from a quote and that quote #

We need to get this information on an order export as well so we can marry to an external system that is tracking quotes to update it that it has converted to an order and the order value.

•  ie in export have a column "From Quote #" with the corresponding quote number (when quote converted to order) and blank if not created from quote
•  Also helpful to have "Converted to Order #" column on the Quote export

As well, we want to be able to show this in the email confirmation order header
