Enable ETA Date for Variant Inventory

Currently there is an option for ETA date for Products as a whole and a ETA date merge code to show on product pages, but there is not an option for ETA date when using variant level inventory control.

Please add ETA date for variant level inventory control so that we can implement the ETA date across our site for a better customer experience.
