"Plus" Inventory Rather than a hard number

The ability to upload inventory from a spreadsheet as a "plus" rather than a hard number. During the time I update the inventory spreadsheet for upload, sales could have gone through and so my update would be incorrect. Rather than saying 23 for example, have an option to add 10 to whatever the current count is.
