Product Reviews - %20 instead of space in Pros and Cons

I'm working on getting product reviews working correctly before sending out emails asking for reviews.

My store has one AWESOME product review, but it's ruined by messed up code and I can't figure out how to fix it.  In the Pros and Cons area, all spaces are shown as %20 - no idea how this got url encoded, but I just want to fix it.

Any ideas?

And other suggestions for getting product reviews snippets that Google is happy with?

  FYI support was not able to replicate this, but they fixed the one review that had the issue. It must have been an active bug when that review was submitted that has since been fixed.
