More advanced minimum order value / quantity rules
It would be great to see the same type of system you currently have employed for advanced pricing to be used to set minimums as well. for example, I have the need to set up rules to define minimum order quantities in multiple different ways, but its frustrating that I can only set minimum order quantities on a per product basis. some of my products are available to retail customers as well as wholesale customers, and each customer type should have different minimum requirements just as they have different pricing. these concepts should walk hand in hand. I also have some products that I can mix and match based on what design is printed on them. some products I have to specify minimums at the variant level. some products I have to specify minimums on the aggregated categorical level. or based on the value of a custom product field.
A rule based system like the one used for advanced pricing would be PERFECT for this. and dare I say relatively easy to implement as it already exists for one americommerce field value.

adding to this: I tried working around it thinking perhaps one could group products under a parent, and have the minimum requirements of the parent be satisfied by the total qty requested of each grouped product. basically how variants work, but with grouped products instead. sadly this didn't work either.
