Rule Engine - Order Level Based on Item in Order with Attribute (Any/All)

We would like a Rule Engine condition that checks for the presence of a specific attribute value within a customer's cart or order line items.

In other words, for Order Event Rules, we would like a condition type to the effect of "Order Contains Item With Attribute," which would accept an attribute ID.

We see a lot of applications for this within Order Events, but it could also have uses for Product or Customer events ("Item In Cart Has Attribute," etc.)

We would need this condition to be useable in both "any" and "all" conditional situations (e.g. "Match any/all of the following:").

  This would be huge - lots of opportunities to customize the content of subsequent emails, followup after order, etc. 

  Same with Customer events; for stores with attribute-driven catalogs, that would give a whole new hook to use for modifying aspects of the site, offering promotions, etc., based on what type of product a customer is carting.
