Move "Cost" Field on Add Phantom item page (Order Edit / New Order entry)

We find the location of the new "Cost" field on the add phantom item page absolutely ridiculous. For years we have entered a price and then tab to quantity. Now when you tab you get the cost field, which I suspect a majority of Americommerce customers do not use. This has caused countless orders to be messed up. NOT good! The cost field needs to be moved lower - below the weight would be my preference, but atleast below quantity for goodness sake.

  I am sorry, but I disagree.I think it makes the most sense to put cost next to the price field, but works for me wherever it is on that page.

  We use the cost field far more than we alter the qty.
