Limit search in the KB to certain sections
It would be nice if we could limit our search in the KB. As an example, I keep going to the feature request page and trying to search for a feature request I thought I saw and forget that the search box on that page searches the entire KB not just the feature requests. I have the hardest time locating feature requests I know I saw.

This is interesting. When we started working on the re-design of the support portal a year or so ago we changed it from searching inside sections to search all of the KB. We thought it might be a better experience for people landing on pages from Google search, then searching for something else.
We would be interested to know if there are others that may also like to see this changed.

Most of the time I like that it defaults to searching everything, just wish we had the option to limit it to a certain section. Some searches seem to come up with so many results it is hard to find what I am actually looking for.

I frequently do searches for community posts and must scroll through pages and pages of Hotfixes, most of which are irrelevant because they are 8 years old. Anything to improve search would be appreciated (advanced search or boolean search where I can exclude "hotfix" would be awesome)
