Customize ##PARTIALSHIPPINGINFOHTML## merge code

Right now the header of the shipment shows below the items in the shipment, which is really counter intuitive to how all headings/content are used in AC and the web in general.

We had an issue with the title of the item truncating and not being readable, but AC has provided us a solution: 

• You can increase the length of item names by using ##PARTIALSHIPPINGINFOHTML[limit=x]## to set it to whatever you would like.

This is helpful for clarity purposes, but still does not address the header being in the wrong location.

I was advised this is by design and to open a feature request if I wish to be able to edit this merge code to put headings on top instead of below the shipment info
