Add order weight thresholds to show / hide shipping methods at checkout

We have both parcel (UPS/FedEx) and Truck (Freight carriers, FedEx Freight, etc) shipping methods available, but we only ship via Truck large orders over 75 lbs.

A small item that weighs 2 lbs we will never ship via Truck so when the shipping methods are displayed it shows that the same item can be shipped for $9 via FedEx, or $120 via FedEx freight which confuses clients of why the extreme difference.

A solution to the problem will be to set weight thresholds for shipping methods, this solution was used in our previous eCommerce software.

For example you could set up to display shipping method only "IF" total order weight was Over or Under certain amount

This is a simple fix, I hope it can be taken in consideration as a feature request
