allow attribute value as a criteria for discounts

It would be useful for us to be able to use an attribute value as a criteria for triggering a discount.

"attribute value in cart" = [attributeid]

  This currently works off of attribute name via a dropdown. We have several of the same attribute names which makes this a challenge for us. A text entry field with attribute id would be more useful for us specifically (or having the attribute id in parenthesis next to the name in current drop down would work too)
