Add cost to phantom items while making quotes/orders

When adding a phantom item to a quote or order, the "cost" is hard coded to $0, while we can enter whatever sell price we want.

It would be helpful to allow us to put a value in the "cost" field for internal notes, purchasing, etc.

  Excellent request. The cost feature alone has streamlined the order processing time for our team. Having this also be an option for Phantom items would be an excellent compliment.

  We're going to add the ability to add cost to the phantom item at the time of adding it to the order.  We chose not to make the cost field editable on the order itself, since they are typically linked to products in the catalog.  If you needed to edit the cost of a phantom item, you could readd it and remove the old one.
