Rename default search sorting to "Relevance"

"Default" is not a descriptive name. Please rename this sorting method.

  Not sure if you know this, but you can rename that to whatever you want under Store Text & Language:

  

   

  If you are not familiar with where to find your store text editor, from Admin, in the left column click:

  Content > 5 Power Features, which will give you:

  

   

  Click Store Text & Languages.  If you have never edited any of your store text you will probably only have one Store Text & Languages set listed as Default.  Click the edit button:

  

   

  In the search options box type "Sort" and click Search:

  

   

  That will bring up a list of all the default text for all the sort options on your site. From there you can edit any of the text shown for your sort options on your site.

  I just tried to update the default text for the sort in search on our site and realized that the store text that seems to effect this is ProductList_SortBylabel_string :

  We have completed this change and it will be merged in soon.  The change was to list it this way inside the admin, thanks for that idea.  However, we did not change the front end because as Joshua mentioned, it's already configurable to your liking.
