  I discovered that if you export the grid, the corresponding zip codes populate on the download, so that particular piece of this suggestion is already functional. Now we just need to obtain the ability create/edit via a csv file import!

  Is this a common need for you both?  Are you trying to upload tax tables from a vendor on a routine basis?
