Apply Free Shipping to Variant Item

We are wanting to offer free shipping on a specific variant while not altering the shipping methods for the parent product. As of right now, there is no way to do this.

  Being able to set shipping methods for individual variants, beyond weight, is a feature that the platform has needed for a long time.
