Custom Labels for C1, C2, C3 Product Flags

It would make the Custom Product Flags more useful/intuitive to use if we could modify the label.  For example have a place in the store text editor where we can provide custom labels for these fields, and have the custom labels display on the Admin Side, example:

  I initially thought that's how the custom flags would work, until I tried to use them. I was floored that I would need to edit each item to update the text. Seems to make these flags pointless.
