search feature on custom merge page

would be nice to be able to search on the custom merge pages in the admin instead of flipping through page by page looking for content

  I'd still love to see a search field on the Custom Merge page so that we don't have to scroll through pages of alphabetized merge codes to find the codes we need and simply be able to enter a partial string to retrieve all items containing that string

  Agreed - for stores that make heavy use of custom merges, finding specific merges codes can be a slot. Would be awesome to be able to search for a bit of a product name (for, e.g., product-specific custom merges) and see them all regardless of alphabetical order.
