Character Counters for Meta Tag Fields

It would be helpful to get character counts when entering text in Page Title and Meta Description fields because Google has recommended limits of 60 and 160 characters. Currently users who need to pay attention to those limits have to compose the content for those fields in an app that can calculate character count and then paste into Americommerce.
