Include card type in Order Exports

To evaluate credit card processor quotes you need to know what percentage of sales is Visa, Amex, etc. Order exports should include the card type to make this easy. Specific data about the sale shouldn't be non-exportable anyway.

  All card related fields are exportable on the order export, provided the user performing the the export has permission to view card data and chooses the option to export that data in the export.  This includes card type. So, provided your user has that permission this is already possible.

  We've also made a change to where the card type (Visa, MC, etc.) isn't treated as a protected export field and will be available to everyone regardless of whether they have the permission to view card data.  This change is available in the newest versions of AmeriCommerce.
