Update Inventory Levels With Order Import - Only 1 out of 3 options work now (Shipped)
The current settings to track inventory are:
Remove From Inventory When: Ordered, Paid, Shipped.
When these settings are set to Ordered or Paid and an order is imported manually, the stock levels are properly registered in the sales order but not on the item. This happens regardless if the imported order is later on marked as shipped or any other status. Stock levels are not sync.
But when the inventory settings are set to Shipped then the imported orders properly sync stock levels when the order is marked as shipped.
At this point we have changed the inventory settings to Shipped so it properly tracks inventory but we would like to use the Ordered setting because we are running into problems that clients order more stock than what we have available since stock is only updated after the order ships.
Please map the imported orders to properly affect stock when the setting is Ordered, not just Shipped, thanks!
