Specify Domain for Auto-generated email for Customers Without Email Addresses

Add a way to specify the domain name for auto-generated emails (customer/order creation) so we can change it from @noemailaddressspecified.com to anything we want to prevent bounced emails.

Or better yet, if the domain name is "@noemailaddressspecified.com" Americommerce to ignore the email triggering actions.

Doesn't make sense to send an email to a non-working mailbox, this seems like a simple fix with a simple filtering that if the domain name matches the current "@noemailaddressspecified.com" domain not to send an email.

  We just manually enter an email in this field when our customers don't supply one ie "noemail@mydomain.com".

  Its certainly faster to hit the generate button, but we get so few instances of orders w/ no email address it's not a big deal for us to enter it.

  I'm certainly not opposed to the feature to have it setup in the config however should it arrive there.
