New HTML themes

Hi, when will you be adding the new HTML5 themes? or any new themes for that matter?

  Yes, time to update the templates...current ones are running on Bootstrap 3, Bootstrap 4 has been live for about a year now.

  I always get stuck on adding the site search to the responsive mobile header - It would be nice to have an option shown in attached image.

  We are still working with our primary theme developer on them.  It's a full overhaul of the foundational ("base") theme and then using that for all future themes as the base.  Due to this, it is taking a good bit of time because we are improving lots of elements and sub pages to look much cleaner.  We are also having Live Design attach to these themes more cleanly too.

  Bootstrap 5 is now on the way, but IMHO UIKit out of the box for me has always been a better choice... just no Tailwinds.... can the base theme be more accessible by default. Use the WAVE browser plugin to check for errors.
