Add Warehouse Field to Shipping Rules Import (PD-16352)

When we tried to import the Shipping Rules we realized that it's missing the field "warehouse" which is part of the rules.

I was told by AmeriCommerce the following:

I believe that may have been custom Development in the past for another client, which we released for everyone's use.

I understand it should be there for the complete rule import, but it was not designed that way originally. (Perhaps it was not needed for that project.)

Also they Devs do look at vote.americommerce.com to plan their next code sprint (every 2 weeks) to prioritize what new features/code needs to be worked on.

Is there a way to correct the mapping of this import to include existing fields? The import is incomplete, therefore useless

  We added this for you Ricardo.  It is now in version 2018.1.2315.2 or higher.  We added Warehouse and also added CustomerTypeID to ensure all fields on the list were there for merchants' needs.  Thanks for raising this to our attention!
