Advanced Pricing- Functionality to make quantity pricing non-discountable

The current setup appears to only allow for all price levels on an item to be non-discountable.

It would be very useful to be able to mark specific price variations as non-discountable when desired.

Example:

Customer has a basic 20% off coupon code that will work on all items not set as non-discountable.

Price for Qty 1 of Item A is $15 ea. A coupon code would work on this base price.

Price for Qty 10+ of Item A is $10 each. Since they are already getting a discount and especially since there may not be the margin room to discount further, you would not want to allow additional discounting on that particular price level.

  I've struggled with this also. I want to send coupons out, but don't want them to apply on top of qty discounts.
