Print Merchant View With CC - Add AVS Code

Print Merchant View With CC is not editable in any way. I need printed invoices for internal use to include AVS Code and Customer Type. Since this invoice was INTENDED for internal use only, it seems like we should be able to add other info that actually helps us do our job.
